Return & Refund Conditions
Product purchased from D-Fly Group Ltd, D-Fly USA Inc and any other D-Fly company may only be returned:
Within 30 days from the date the product was ordered, by the original purchaser.
In the original packaging as shipped, unused, and without any sign of damage.
Once your request to return is approved by us in writing:
If the product received does not match the product purchased, you may contact us to arrange for the product to be returned and the correct product re-shipped to you.

Spare parts are entirely non-refundable.
Returning Product for Refund
You are entirely responsible for all shipping and handling costs and must ensure to mitigate any risk of loss or damage of the product while in transit to us. Always ship recorded delivery (proof of delivery) and with sufficient loss insurance to cover the full value of the product. Please remember, when returning product containing lithium-ion batteries, it must be shipped according to all applicable regulations. It is your duty to inform the carrier of the batteries before shipment.
We must first receive and assess the returned product(s) before we can determine if your refund request will be accepted in full, partially, or declined. This will depend on the state of the product(s) once received by us. It is not guaranteed we will refund the full value of your purchase should the product(s) not be as originally shipped, unused and without any sign of damage.
Once approved in full or in part, we will refund you this amount, net of any transaction fees incurred, to the original method of payment. This refund can take 5-7 business days.
Should you have purchased product using foreign exchange please note that the amount that you will receive once refunded may not match the exact amount spent. The amount that you receive will depend on the exchange rate on the day the refund is issued.
Product on Sale
Any product purchased on sale, during a promotion, can only be refunded at the given price paid during the time of sale.
Returning Incorrectly Received Product
We do not charge shipping or handling costs for the return of product that does not match what was ordered, provided the product is returned within 30 days of the original order date.
You will also not be charged any additional costs associated with shipping the correct product to you as ordered.
However, if the product you return is ultimately determined to be the correct product matching your original order then the product return costs (including shipping and handling) will be deducted from any amount refunded or will be charged to you in the event that you wish this product or any other product be reshipped.
We cannot guarantee to receive your products when you return them and are not liable for returns lost in transit.
